Travel Assistance Included with Direct Non-Refundable Bookings
Why travel assistance matters
A holiday to Lapland is often planned months in advance. Flights, activities, family schedules and seasonal experiences all come together to create a special journey. Travel Assistance adds an extra layer of reassurance by helping protect eligible direct non-refundable bookings in selected unexpected situations. If your trip is canceled before it begins, you might get refund for unused travel services under specific conditions.
Covered reasons include:
✔️ Serious illness, accident, or death you or close family
✔️ Travel companion unable to travel
✔️ Major damage to your home
✔️ Legal obligations (e.g. court summons)
✔️ Job-related changes like new job, relocation, dismissal
✔️ Certain medical situations
Cancellation must happen before the trip starts and supporting documents are required
